The rules are posted inside the gate:
No fighting.
No stealing.
Respect the Law.
This Outpost is sovreign territory of His Highness Emperor Nalvor Oktavius.

Welcome to Tandrilly Outpost.

The Mercenaries Board offers rewards for the return of artifacts -- some magical, some not. Generic posts for caravan guard positions clutter the board, amidst the occasional advertisement. ("Grulach's Brewery/Potable Potions" and "Hyndinnyc the Sage - Let me tell you what you have" being the most prominent.)

News is abuzz that one group found the Chalice of St. Brennan, but it was taken by a pair of human-like spiders. Now that the existence of the Chalice has been established, it is likely that the bounty will be raised.

The devil bandits are also causing a problem, as it increases the already expensive cost of travelling between pockets.

Formians are closing off parts of the main road to Darrenhast, as well. They appear to be digging, but there is no logic to their tunnelling. Perhaps they are looking for some buried treasure. Or perhaps they've simply gone mad.

The Delver Path has effectively blocked the road as well, at least for caravans, since wagons and horses have problems crossing the massive trench. Adventurers are needed to help find a clear, relatively safe path over/under the Delver Path.

A few around here have even heard of the Mind Flayer push in the north. Apparently Mastalar is offering some significant boon to those who help push back the illithids.

Another day in Dugeonworld.

Welcome to Tandrilly Outpost.

What will it be?

The reputation of the party has yet to precede it. That could be a good thing, or a bad.

The more people that know of you, the more they will ask questions of who you are, where you came from.

But if no-one knows who you are, then it may be difficult to talk to those who might help you. The priests of Mastalar, for example, do not grant audience for just anyone.

As you succeed/fail in your travels and trials, your reputation will rise or fall. Your actions and interactions while amongst "civilized" folk will help dictate how much others truly know about you.

Fame or infamy?

What will it be?
