Soon. How about either the 7th or the 14th?

So far as I know, both dates work well for me. Not that anyone cares. *sniff*

I'm working a wedding on the 14th. So I guess that means the 7th for me.

We need to contact the non-board-lurkers (kevin, SteveW, Bruce) and see if they can make it, too.

I'll check with the Kat-woman.

Bruce is gone for the next three weeks. In fact he left this morning. Therefore he won't be at our next 2 BS sessions and neither the 7th or 14th will work for him.

I only know this because he called the house yesterday and told me.

If my presence is requested for 3rd person chronicalling, I could be available on the 7th. If not, then I guess I won't. Wink

So what happens to PC when their player is MIA? Do they get played as an NPC or does their presence in the game just fade away?

we normally suspend disbelief a bit, if there isn't a convenient way for the character to (safely) leave the party and rejoin later (i.e., the next time the player can make it...)

very, very rarely, DMShoe will allow a missing player's character to assist the group in some small way as an NPC...but generally, the character just gets "written out" of the collaborative story for the chapter that is the session.

Yes, Dez is correct. Saturday at the Parkland Residence.

Perhaps it is time for Doom to pay a visit.

Cool! I haven't seen Doom for a while...

Wait a minute...if you mean the doom of the characters, I can do without, thanks all the same -- I kinda like my character, doncha know.

And if we're talking about the really old, now open sourced FPS, *shrugs* I was never that big of a fan...

But if it's Doom, huzzah!

--dez--

ps - if the characters do all die in some unforseen Doom, what next?

I don't think they'll all die.. not all of them..

As far as future adventures?

well, the Temple is beckoning...
