Please vote on the next dungeon.

I would humbly suggest Botanica or Mechanar since they are important in getting the key for the Arcatraz dungeon (the quest for that key also awards some nice blues). We've done Botanica twice, but have not finished the last guy (at least we got the Botanist down). Warp Splinter was at 4%, so next time he is toast.

If we did Botanica, I'd suggest skipping the Botanist, and possibly Laj, and run through to kill Warp Splinter. Then, if we've got time, we can hit Laj and the Botanist on the way out.

We'll need a slight DPS boost to get Warp Splinter out. I'm going to try to get the +40 spell damage enchant on my staff soon, and if Xuul's there we should have more than enough DPS. If Xuul can't make it we may want to work on gearing up Friski and replace/upgrade some of her greens. (or get Jersh to heal while Jhaelas does the DPS thing he is no longer geared for).

Alternately, I could look at what potions/elixirs I could make for the whole group -- but since I'm not herbalizing anymore I'd have to get mats for some of them.

Note that -- I actually do want to kill Laj to get a certain pair of leggings (devil-stitched leggings), but I'm willing to wait on that until after we kill the final boss.

I'd also be fine with Khadgar's Kilt from Black Morass, but prefer to get closer to unlocking Arcatraz.

I'm no longer geared for DPS?

I thought you said you gave up on DPS due to the respec costs... I guess that doesn't mean that you don't have that gear anymore, though...

Gave up on Feral != gave up on DPS. He's got crazy damage going off from his spells on his current spec.

Yeah. I do more damage in spell mode than Feral.

Mechanar also has the benefit of potentially providing one of the arcanoweave tailor patterns, which would make leveling the last 6 points of tailoring a little bit less expensive.

But I'm still good with either Mech or Botanica.

I'm down for either. Got no quests for any of them anyway. Smile

I'll start patching when I get home --- hopefully it won't take too long.

Fortunately, most of the patch has already been downloaded for most players because of the background downloader. Tykeal's screwed because I'm betting it isn't open source friendly, but everyone else should be okay. It took 5 minutes to finish the patches for Dez and I.

Well aren't you lucky Razz Seriously though, I've already got the patch installed, the problem is that Hyjal isn't up and for whatever whacked reason I can't exit out of the program cleanly without having to kill the processes. As to your not OSS friendly, that's true of about 2/5 of the patches for this game and it's looking like this one might be one of them *sigh*

*comfort*

I still think at least once a day about having you come over and convert me to the Light Side of the OS.

Well, we cleared Mechanar on our first attempt. Good job, everyone involved.
