Greetings,

I tried to change the font size in a recent post and it wouldn't show up in the finished post. Don't know if it was a problem with me or the program.

Just so you know I fixed it for you.

The problem that you encountered is from the fact that you didn't tag the text you wanted to use the font sizing on. Here's an example of what you did:

Code:

[size=24][/size]Can't sleep.  Clowns will eat me!

Here's what it should have been (minus the spaces inside the brackets of course):

Code:

[ size=24 ]Can't sleep.  Clowns will eat me![ /size ]

Just a note, when you use the buttons on the post page to insert tags for you they insert the open and close tag right away and you have to reposition your cursor to be inside the tags. It's a limitation with the JavaScript used to do the taging. Apparently JavaScript can't get much in the way of where the cursor is and can't reposition it at all.

Hey there's a very straight forward way around the insertion point problem. Highlight the text that you want to have the style applied to like I did with the blue word above. and then apply your style. Your hightlight text gets replaced with the same text you highlighted surrounded by formating tags.

so intead of

Code:
[color=blue][/color] Highlight

you get

Code:
[color=blue]Highlight [/color ]

Very simple. Very Happy
