I've noticed that a number of times a single apostrophe is displaying as ’. I think it might be how the editor pastes into the edit window.
For instance, the first apostrophe in the first word of this post is likely fine.
But, here's another quote. Pasted from a notepad file.
Anyone else noticing the strange behavior?

Update: wierd, it seems that when I pasted the last quote with an apostrophe it came across fine. |

The cut / paste bug is actually due to smart quotes.
Any program that has smart quotes turned on uses on out of ASCII character for the particular quote. Thus, pasting into ASCII only systems does wierd things.
I recommend that if your going to do cut / paste operations (especially from Word or Wordpad) that you do an intermediate paste into Notepad as Notepad is a strict ASCII / Unicode text editor. _________________ May today there be peace within. It's not a bug...it's another of M$'s obnoxious "features"...

Actually I've even seen it when copy and pasting from OpenOffice into a browser. Then again we have M$ to thank for that particular non-compliance feature that others had to mimic just to get their closed document format to open. _________________ May today there be peace within.
