Greetings all. I am starting a Dark Ages Vampire campaign, capping it off at 6 players. I have 3 for sure players already. I'm hoping to run every two weeks, the first session TBA.

If you are interested, post here. Everyone begins as a human, and pretty much most "classes" (D&D terms) are available, except mages, although acceptions can be made. Paladins, knights, barbarians, rogues, archers, rangers, bards, peasants, nobles, monks, nuns, priests and other clerics, etc. Keep in mind this is the White Wolf system, so more historical versions of these classes will be best playable.

So far, we have a Benedictine monk, and a kind of church inquisitor.

The year is 1169 A.D. and we will begin somewhere in England, possibly Northern England. So most nearby nationalities are accepted: Irish, Scottish, Viking, English, French, Spanish, and perhaps even German and Italian, depending on your story.

There are a few "new" clans, and some of the familiar clans are quite different than modern day. This setting is very intriguing, with much potential.

Cheers.

Is this Live action or Tabletop? Please inform teh Newb!

If it is Tabletop...I would like to join...if not...I will have to ponder.

Table Top. End of Discussion I trust. Smile

As for the other player... I don't know what he's planning on playing. A fourth has also expressed great interest, not including Rasputyn. So, the numbers are climbing. Anyone else?

Sorry, I forgot to mention that you don't really get to pick what clan will embrace you. I won't make you play a clan you just absolutely don't want to play, but I want you to make your human character, thinking about what would happen in the embrace, and which clans interest you the most.

If you are dead set on one clan you want to play, I suppose arrangements could be made, but it would really limit the mystery, intrigue, and story elements. So far with the story, I haven't predetermined anyone to any one clan, though I have been tempted. I plan on creating the setting, and let the story unfold as it will.

Now, currently I have 6 players. If more want to play, we can make arrangements. With the current players, it may work out better to start the group out smaller, and add players in appropriate places in the story, depending on people's schedules, etc.

Now, I need to know when would we could have our first session. I'd like to try to make it a regular biweekly session on a certain night at a certain time at a certain place.

I know there are other gaming sessions out there, so let me know when would be a good night.

I was thinking perhaps every other Monday night, however we could do weekends as well.

My vote is for either Thursday or Friday. All of the other days I have committments that happen on a regular basis, either once a week or every other week...so making it one of those days would be bad for me.

That is my input!

Greetings,

Using Raz's days I would vote for thursday. Being that if the wife and I go to Portland or somewhere else, we most likely would leave after work on friday. In my reality, any weekday except wednesday would work.

My 2 cents.

So get there early guys and dolls, I want ya'll to be ready to game as soon as I arrive.

word. BTW, the Doyle shoots are postponed again, this time due to security issues, so if anyone wants to meet tomorrow night and finalize some character issues, etc, I would be open to that.
